Essential Information

All the essential information and terms & conditions you need to know before your visit.

Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for any cancellations. If no notice is given after 24 hours a 50% charge will occur, to be settled before any other appointments are made.

Late Arrivals
Arriving late may result in your treatment being reduced in time but charged at the full treatment price.

Missed Appointments
Any appointments that are missed without notice will be charged at the full treatment price, to be settled before any other appointments are made.

All nail fixes are free up to 3 days after your appointment. A charge will occur after 3 days.

Patch Tests
A patch test is required before your first Eyebrow Tint, Eyelash Tint or Eyelash Extension Treatment with no exceptions. You will need to book a patch test 24/48 hours before your treatment.

There are visitor parking spaces available, any spaces with numbers on them are not for visitors and should be avoided. Alternatively you can park in Tesco, Hookwood which is a 2 minute walk away. Please allow plenty of time to travel and park before your appointment.

Under 16’s
For any treatments performed on an under 16, parents are required to stay within the premises and provide consent on any appropriate forms.

Due to health and safety regulations and the nature of some treatments I request that you avoid bringing small children and/or babies into the premises where possible.
